Ideal for beach lovers, this beautiful traditional Provence style villa is just a few steps away from the golden beach and clear waters of the Esterel shoreline in the relaxed village of Le Rayol-Canadel, set against the dramatic ridge of the Massif des Maures.
The garden offers direct access to a wonderful sandy beach, whilst the property has been designed to offer the most privacy and comfort for an enjoyable vacation. The villa features 4 double bedrooms, 1 triple bedroom, and three bathrooms, conveniently located in two adjacent buildings. The living area is made of a large living/dining room, an open plan kitchen, and a spacious covered outdoor dining area perfect for al fresco entertaining while enjoying the wonderful panoramic views. The décor inside is simple with plenty of traditional touches, including the authentic French-style kitchen. Outside, the gardens offer several shaded areas for resting or entertaining – the ideal place to return to after a day on the beach.

A five minute walk up the winding road will get you back to the small commercial center straddling the main road, or if you’d rather take your car there is a convenient parking area. Commerce includes a grocery and cheese store (Alimentation), butcher, two boulangerie-patisserie, hair dresser, a bigger Casino grocery store and a pharmacy. Adding to its identity as a real village is a post office, a tabac-librairie, a small clothing store carrying all summer essentials, a cash machine and an excellent bar-restaurant.
Every Friday morning from April to September, the open Provence market offers all the local produces and fresh fish as well as Provence handycraft.
Le Lavandou at 12km to the West, or Cavalaire 7km to the East offer extensive stores, supermarkets, and all the conveniences of larger towns.
