Your holiday contract : When you make a booking you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept on behalf of your party the terms of these booking conditions. You must be at least 21 years old to make a booking with us.
General Booking Terms : The villa is rented solely as temporary vacation residence, and all commercial activity on the premises are prohibited. The premises cannot be sublet, even for free, nor the rental benefits can be transferred to a third party. The price does not include cleaning of the house, nor the supply of house linen, which can be supplied separately at an additional fee.
Deposits : A deposit of minimum 50% of the rental amount must be received within two (2) working days after the email confirmation and payment instructions have been given to the hirer. For bookings that are done more than 6 months in advance, the minimum is reduced to 20% and the 30% remainder and booking confirmation is due exactly 6 months prior to the time of arrival. Final payment is required 45 days prior to arrival (60 days for High Season bookings). For bookings made 45 days prior to arrival, full payment is due within two (2) working days, or on arrival, if less than two (20 working days, whichever comes first.
In addition, a breakage deposit equal of €1,000.00 must be paid prior to arrival. The breakage deposit will be held until 10 days after final inventory, and check out.
Deposit and keys: Provided that all payments have been made, our agent will give two sets of keys of the properties upon arrival.
Check In Time : 2.00pm Check Out Time : 12.00noon
Late Check Out : Kindly advise in advance so arrangements can be arrange and also depends on availability.
Number of guests/suitability : The number of persons occupying a property must not exceed the maximum number stated in the booking confirmation.
Cancellation : If the reservation is cancelled 31 days or more prior to arrival (61 days for High Season), deposits will be refunded in full minus US$ 500 or 20% of monies received (whichever is greater). Reservations cancelled less than 31 days prior to arrival (61 days for High Season) are subject to a complete forfeiture of deposit to compensate for effort, costs, and the loss of other potential booking revenues. Final payments are non-refundable.
FYI : All cancellation must be in writing either through fax or email.
Changes of bookings: a US$ 50.00 administration fee will apply to each change after a booking has been confirmed, if they can be accommodated.
Damage or Losses: The hirer is responsible for leaving the property in good order and in a clean condition. The hirer is further responsible to pay for any damages or losses incurred during occupation. The owner reserves the right to repossess the property if the hirer or a member of the party has caused excessive damage.
